Helpline

BRCA network was born to support carriers of a BRCA (or similar) genetic mutation and their families. If you, a member of your family, or a friend of yours have just received a BRCA+ diagnosis or if you think that a genetic predisposition to cancer may run in your family, you may have many questions and doubts about what to do.

The BRCA+ Network Helpline can help you with practical and administrative information, concerning, for example, genetic testing, next steps, screening, risk-reducing surgeries, and much more. If you have questions or concerns regarding the BRCA (or similar) mutation, write to us by filling out the form below. If you have a specific question to which we don’t have the answer immediately, we will actively look for it for you. In any case, we will reply within two working days.

Please note that we do not provide clinical or medical support, but we can give you practical advice on how and where to find medical support.

At the moment we don’t provide telephone support yet, but we are working on it! However, after a first exchange via email, we can schedule a call together to give you further information.
